Chardae coordinated our wedding and was amazing from start to finish. From our first phone call I was impressed by her professionalism and knowledge about the industry. But Chardae really shined the week of our wedding. After a year of planning it was a luxurious blessing to be able to turn my brain off and leave this event in Chardae's capable hands. Even when things didn't go all the way to plan, she was calm, cool and collected. She handled our rehearsal with ease and intuitiveness and insured the venue was set up to my specifications. Our day was so very special and Chardae was a huge part of making it happen.

Chardae was nothing short of AMAZING!!!!!! She was literally the biggest help throughout my entire wedding planning process! I seriously don't know what I would have done without her helping me along the way! If anything, she went above and beyond her role to guarantee my wedding be perfect!!! She was very quick to respond to questions or concerns, and always super professional, but definitely down to earth, which was important to me personally! Chardae coordinated everything so smoothly and effortlessly, that it truly wowed me to say the least! I can't even think about what my wedding would have been like, if she wasn't there! Listen…if you think you don’t need a coordinator, you do—and that person needs to be Chardae! She hit the ground running from our first conversation and was such a life saver on my wedding day. She beat me to the venue the day of & was already setting up & putting out little fires lol. It was so wonderful to have her help take the stress/pressure off of me by keeping me on schedule and talking to vendors so I could enjoy my day. She stayed until the very end, boxing up my things & loading our limo up with our belongings, gifts, etc. 10/10–would recommend!

Wow, what can I say about Ms. Chardae? She made my wedding day extra special! The first thing I noticed, and valued so much, was how very sweet and kind she was. It put my stress level down immensely. Second, her professionalism was amazing! She has definitely proven that she understands the wedding process. In the avalanche of wedding planning, some details can get lost in the weeds. Ms. Chardae reminded me of things I forgot and things I had never even thought of! What I appreciated most was her full communication with all my vendors. Once it was her time to step in, she honestly took the entire load off my husband and I. If you need a day of coordinator she is BEYOND what you expect and PERFECT for the job. She is more than a day of coordinator. Her work starts way in advance! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size of your wedding (guest count), the location, and how soon you would like me to get involved. I'm more than willing to see how we can best utilize my assistance within your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a complimentary consultation, either in person or over zoom, up to an hour. I do prefer to meet in person, but I am happy to accommodate your preferences. We will discuss your needs, your budget, and my services to see if we are the best fit for one another.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not too much has changed from my previous corporate career in Project Management. I simply shifted to planning weddings instead of managing airport projects!
