- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard pricing system depending on what job is requested, the level of difficulty/time and how many people will be involved. I always try to establish a fair price for any request as my aim is to ensure satisfaction and help my client accomplish their goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure with our first lesson we establish 1) a goal, 2) a general plan of action to achieve it, 3) a connection between the client and myself (as you have to feel comfortable with whoever you are working with). During the lesson, I include what I normally would do in a lesson of their choice: ie. if the client wants to learn choreography, the first lesson would include a warmup, teaching the choreography 1 8-count at a time, then doing it all at the end and filming for future practice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend dance workshops and master classes along with teacher courses to stay updated with the latest moves and teaching techniques.
