This is our first time doing the countertop and i heard stories about contractor running off with the down payment but not with l3 granite. Once we were serious about the project we gave him a down payment and he kept his promise concerning when he is going to pickup, receipt of purchase... but just a heads up though. He only works on countertop. Overall really happy about the work. He was able to talk to the quartz sales to lower down the cost (i was quote higher from a different fabricator).
