- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Positive Technology offers flat fees for computer repairs that are dropped off to our location. We also offer on-site service, which is billed hourly. Clients can simply call or message us to get pricing information. And we'll share our prices transparently upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our clients reach out to us via online messaging, or by calling/texting our office, and mention the problems with their computers, tablets, phones, network, etc. We try to provide transparent and upfront pricing. They may then choose to drop off their computers, or request us to pick up their device from their location.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The business owner boasts over 20 years of experience in working with computers, networks, IT equipment, as well as software and hardware troubleshooting. Additionally, our repair technicians undergo rigorous training in the IT field. They are carefully selected to ensure they provide the best experience and deliver top-quality work for our clients.
