- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because each client may experience different issues or similar issues but in different stages, we will quote an hourly rate with a cap limit or a flat price for common problems such as viruses and hardrive replacement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, its important that we ask questions about the issue to verify if their issue is an issue that is documented in our database (known Issue).These issues are common and can be resolved in a short period of time and usually billed at a flat rate which can help our customers save money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians hold various certifications including: (MCP) Microsoft Certified Professional, Comptia A+ Certification and Comptia Network + Certifications
