We are not certified for Apple products and we cannot get their parts and as for Desktop Monitors, there is no way to acquire new glass or panels to fix them. Unfortunately the cost to try to fix them including Tv's costs the same as a brand new one. Laptop Screens are a different story and can be repaired. If one day things change for monitors or apple products we will gladly assist you.

Warranty Description: Bills Quality Esurance Warranty - Due to the nature of the products and services BPCTR provides, our customers can rest assured knowing that all devices and hardware sold are covered by a free one-year warranty and can be extended for a fee after that year, which is proportional to the device's value at the time of expiration.
One year warranty is provided, However this does not cover SSDs, Hard drives, Screens, power supply's or any other degradable part. A degradable part is defined as any part that naturally fails due to age or defect. This does not apply to but is not limited to Cases, Fans, Cpu, Coolers, Graphics cards and motherboards.
Damage’s- As for products or equipment damaged by BPCTR technicians, a free repair is issued. Unrepairable products during this event will be replaced at no cost to the customer. In the event that a product is damaged intentionally or unintentionally by the customer, the product is no longer covered under any company policy. This, however, can be disputed, and a compromise can be reached.
