AC unit went out Sunday 10/6/024 called Platinum spoke with Dwayne company owner schedule service call for Monday 10/7/24 10:30 am Rodger arrived @ 10:27 checked out unit explained what was going (2008) I needed to get new HVAC system gave him the okay. Installed Trane complete system today 10/8/24 , home nice and very cold, these guys were great highly recommend, professional, punctual, respectfully took so much care with the cleanup after installation. Great experience wish I could gave more stars they deserve it. Give this company a try. This is my honest review unadulterated.
