The responsiveness and punctuality of the technician was great. They had multiple appointment times for us to choose from. Their prices are higher than we expected though. *Update*- After the initial repair, our AC went out again that same day and we called Jesse back. He came back out to our house as soon as he could and was able to figure out the real issue and get our AC working. He did a great job making sure it was fixed. We felt like that was worth the amount we paid.

The only reason I left one star is because I can’t leave zero stars. This guy is a scam artist. He was paid for his services. I found out he rigged my AC unit to work for just a few hours. Then when called back wanted to charge triple to fix his mistake and blame me because I don’t know HVAC. Please don’t let this crook scam you
