Cody was very professional during my inspection. I would say, communication could be a lot better, it took a week for me to get in touch with the operations manager to proceed with my purchase. Miguel & his team did a great job installing my new unit.

Even though on the day of my appointment, I had to call them nearly 3 hours after the appointment time, and then I had to wait another hour for the tech to arrive. Even though I was quoted with one set of problems and they brought out other parts to do the job at the same price. I would use these guys again.

All American AC came out and did a diagnostic on my HVAC system after another company said the motor needed to be replaced. They said that the motor was okay and the switchboard just needed an adjustment. I paid the diagnostic fee and the fee for doing something to the switch board. After a couple of hours it was clear that the AC was still not working properly. The technician returned and tried to claim that I would need to pay for another diagnostic because I was the one who said the motor was the only thing needed to be looked at. The technician proceeded to argue with me about what the diagnostic covered and that it was my fault because I said the issue was with the motor. Technician did another diagnostic and claimed there was a coolant leak and it would be over $4,000 to repair. This price is basically the cost of replacing the whole HVAC system. I looked up the average cost to repair a leak and the highest end is 1500. Needless to say I went with another company and I wouldn’t suggest this company.
