- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aim to offer a quality menu selection and service for a competitive price, and cover a wide range of budgets. As our services depend on the requirements that a client is looking for, it is difficult to give a specific initial costing on our food services. Having said that, we will accommodate the requests of each client individually, and to within their desired request. We can cater to individuals with a range of different budgets. We do not have a policy for a minimum spend or minimum numbers, and can cater to any individual.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After sending a few sample menus out to our potential client within our first email,we would usually phone the client, and listen carefully to their requirements, ideas and thoughts surrounding their special event. We will then offer to meet with the client within their own home or at our premises based on Veteran's Memorial, and offer a range of menu choices dependent on budget and theme if applicable. We also then offer a number of extra services that can be included in the final price, but these are not essential and can be added or removed by the client at their wish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 25 years experience in the corporate and VIP hospitality industry around the world, but previously being based in the United Kingdom and working alongside some of the best Chefs in the industry worldwide. Also have developed knowledge and understanding of diet, nutrition and health, having previously worked with the Global Company, Eurodiet. This can be implemented into any type of menu with specific dietary needs, such as gluten free, Vegan, Kosher, Halal etc.
