- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have package deals and tend to run specials through out the year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate with customers and help decide what would work best for their event. Next we receive a deposit to confirm their booking. Because of the nature of our business which requires us to make time slots unavailable to others which means other booking opportunities are not accepted once we've received deposits for specific time slots our deposits are non refundable. We then arrive at the appointed location install equipment and provide great service. We accept any remaining balance due "upon arrival" to said event. Thanks in Advance!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Raising 5 little ones of your own you celebrate multiple birthdays through out the year. You become overwhelmed right? Looking for places to go to all over town. We needed a way to bring the party to us! So we rented party machines and jump castles and fell in love with it!
