I had a great experience with Honesty Home Improvement! My AC unit stopped working during one of the hottest weeks of the year, and they responded quickly and got it fixed in no time. The technician Randle was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated how reliable and efficient the service was from start to finish. It's hard to find companies that live up to their name, but Honesty Home Improvement truly does. I highly recommend them for any home repair needs!

Customer service beyond expectations was my experience. The initial job was to reinstall our built in oven and microwave. They did this quickly, clean and precise. After some conversation, they got another job to fall pm the ac/heating system. During that work they actually.inspected.everything and found two ducts that were poorly attached and in the process of blowing off!! Having had another duct re-attached about a year ago, Honesty’s fee was super-reasonable. The repairs were done fast, and CORRECT. I mean they even used sealant paste…. Usually in Houston all you get is zip ties and duct tape! So…. Honesty checks every box for fairly priced quality work without any sketchy stuff. I 100% recommend them!

Randall did an impeccable job! He immediately called me and allowed me to send him pictures of my issue while we discussed the work he would do. He was the only one of 7 pros that even knew what I was talking about. Even with him knowing that, he still gave me an impressive price. He was punctual, timely and kept me updated throughout the entire process. My Aroma360 is now installed and my house fumes smell amazing! Thank you, Randall.
