- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually have a flat rate for 5hrs but we can always work with our client if it’s a small event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually set up a call with my client and start asking the necessary question as far as people, alcohol, food, hours… so on and so forth. It usually takes about 45-1hr to gather all the information needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
