- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined on multiple factors. Including Design*colors*props*location*set up time*break down time. All my work is custom and I do offer affordable pricing. If you have a budget I do try to create to help keep cost within your budget. For this I can not offer any discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First & foremost I Thank you. Then ask a few questions Do you have a color scheme or theme? Do you have a inspirational photo(s) Will set up be indoors or outdoors (if not listed) How much time will I have for set up before your event? What time will your event end and how much time will I have to take down? Once all the information is received I send a proposal for review & approval. Once approved you can sign electronically, then an invoice is sent for payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken multiple Balloon classes in person & online. I also hold subscriptions to both a Balloon Coach as well as a Business Coach.
