The Tech arrived on time. Inspected the refrigerator and explained to me in detail what was wrong with it. I agreed on the budget for the repair and an hour later is was working back again. I can tell the technician knew his job. Overall a good experience. I will use them again and recommend them.

I was informed via Thumbtack my appointment would be for 10am for my freezer that was cooling but not cold enough. I received a call from the repairman at 10:50am saying he was on his way and would arrive in about 25 minutes. When I voiced my issue that he was supposed to arrive by 10am, his response was that 10am was just "a window" of arrival time. Upon inspection, I was told that our freezer had a Freon leak but it was not known where and some areas of our freezer were inaccessible to him. Hmmm. The repairman said he would put in "stop leak" and then Freon. The cost would be just below $400. When asked how much Freon my Kenmore Elite Freezer holds, I was told about 5lbs. Hmmm. I needed my freezer fixed so the work was done and I paid slightly over $400 in total.
