Bought a fridge and washer. The faucet to the water pipes in the laundry room were corroded and my fridge was not connected to a water pipe. Jonathan was polite and pleasant in person, along with his coworker/partner. I really appreciated was him running out to Home Depot to grab a part I was missing. I’m happy to have my washer on because I was down to my skivvies and I’m excited to have a fridge making ice cubes that can hit my teeth.

Great experience on tankless water heater install done by Texas Reliable Plumbing (Jonathan). I have used his services in the past for a toilet replacement, and we talked about removing two of the state water heater I have in attic with a tankless. He provided me with initial input, helped in selecting the unit, and let me get most of the part as per my preference. The installation went great, and he did not rush any installation step. He took all the time needed to plumb the tank and was very careful with hauling heavy tanks out from the attic. The labor cost turned out to be very competitive, and he explained all post install configuration and provided support via phone when unit threw in warning *due to air in line*. I also opted to use him to install a smart shutoff valve (Moen flo), and John installed it as per my requirement. The valve come handy in monitoring water consumption and catching leaks as they occur. I highly recommend Texas Reliable for any plumbing need you may have.
