- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always strive to provide an upfront price range whenever possible. If the price cannot be determined in advance, we schedule a visit with a $90 dispatch fee, which is typically waived if we proceed with the job. To help our customers save, we also offer discounts on multiple tasks, as it reduces travel time. Additionally, we aim to complete regular jobs as quickly as possible to save both our customers’ time and our technicians’ time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe in building trust with our first-time customers from the very beginning. To ensure a smooth process, we prefer to meet in person and discuss your plumbing needs. We typically require basic information such as your full name, address, phone number, and email to schedule and complete the service efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We stay up-to-date in the industry by attending plumbing continuing education classes annually. This ensures that our team is knowledgeable about the latest techniques, tools, and regulations, allowing us to provide the best service possible.
