- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are based upon the level of difficulty of the project. Basic bookkeeping will have an initial set up fee, followed by hourly billing. All fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to any work being completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to understand your needs and the business. Typically, we will discuss your current processes and then work together to find a way to improve your business so that you can maximize your return on your time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BBA in accounting from SHSU as well as an MBA from SHSU. In addition to this I have a masters in engineering in the Industrial Distribution field from A&M. I am Quickbooks certified and have worked in Oracle, Sage MAS200, and SAP Business By Design.
