- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial discounts for new clients. Fixed monthly fees. Fees by project. Rebates for client referrals. As each business is unique, our bookkeeping services are handled differently with pricing tailored to your specific project and timeline. Contact me for a complimentary consultation so that I can understand your goals and needs and provide an accurate estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get to know our new clients through a free 30-45 min zoom meeting, which provides an opportunity to learn about the goals and needs of your business. During the meeting, I will answer any questions you may have and explain how I can help. I may also ask for a read access to your books. If we agree that we are a good fit to work together, I will email the engagement letter that details the terms and conditions of my services. I will set you up in QuickBooks Online, if you do not already have an account. Following that, I will collect the business information/documents needed to complete your assignment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Certified Public Accountant license and am a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor. I have 15 years of professional experience in bookkeeping, accounting and tax compliance.
