- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are pretty general and they can be adjusted if the final discussion concerning the project reveals that the job either entailed more or less than initially assumed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting as much information as possible in order to have a better understanding for the customer's request and sharing with the customer what I am confident with and comfortable in doing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the telecommunications industry for over 10 years. I've installed satellite dishes, cable boxes, telephone (landline and VoIP) services, and Internet services. I am very comfortable and familiar with almost every smart device brand and installing and troubleshooting those devices. I am also very handy with power tools and assembling things such as playground playsets, furniture, sports equipment, etc. If it has all the parts and instructions, I can get it done.
