The owner was very upfront as far as pricing and possible change orders if there was something they may have not noticed till the roofing shingles were removed. There was some rotted plywood decking from an old leak. He didn't even charge me to remove and replace. It was about 1/2 sheet of plywood. They finished in 1 day plus a few hours the next day, which was picking up nails and other stuff around the work area. All in all my wife and I were very pleased.
