- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees. My rates vary depending on the type of session — family, engagement, or small wedding — and include edited, high-quality digital images. I occasionally offer promotions or mini session discounts, which I share on my profile and social media. Additional photos beyond your package are available for purchase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and stress-free: first, we choose a date and location that works for you. After booking, I send a quick questionnaire to get to know your vision, followed by a contract and invoice with a 20% deposit to secure your session. After the shoot, I provide a gallery of proofs within 1–3 days. You select your favorites, and I edit them to perfection. The final gallery is delivered within 1–3 weeks, depending on the type of session and time of year.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a self-taught photographer who has also completed online courses to refine my skills. I combine hands-on experience with ongoing learning to create natural, heartfelt images.
