- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We never charge a trip fee or service charge to come out to a home. Once on location the technician will look over the entire garage door and operator system. Once he has determined the issues, he will go over his recommendation with you. Give him the " OK " and our technicians are fully parted up and can usually get you fixed right then and there.
