- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge our customers a fair price for exceptional work. We generally don't offer discounts as we maintain fair competitive pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally meet with our customers in person at their location to see and hear exactly what is the desired outcome. We listen to what they are wanting and then we try and educate them in the various choices there are for thier fencing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner has completed Fence Tech which teaches the basics in fence installations by the American Fence Association. We also have over 15 years of hands on installation and management.
