It is our business model to build positive businesss relationships by providing honesty, transparency, accuracy, and on time service to provide our customers with the ability to be a Blessing by serving others. Unfortunately, when you start off your service request with dishonesty and a lack of transparency, these are the kinds of customers that a great business model wish not to encounter; however, when it does happen, it is also our business model to address the matter expeditiously. First, upon arriving to the property, we were prepared to move all the things we discussed which were all damaged. We informed you of the damage of these items before we even began moving them, the mattress within the photo had several rips & stains. There was glass and other hazardous items around the moving area that you did not tell us about until we began moving and we had to pick up for our own safety.. You tried to force us to move everything even though this was not what we had discussed in our contract before arriving to your property. We informed you that we could only move what you discussed which made you upset.. this led to you trying to guilt trip & try to bribe us to work for food. We informed you that you could book us again the next day to take all the extra items which made you even more upset even though we told you that we would stay 4 hours even though you informed us you could only afford 2 hours. This move took place December 3rd and on December 4th, you began harassing us via text messages when we said that we would not move items for free and even offered you a discounted rate for us to come back if needed which led to us saying that we would have to get legal counsel about this matter due to you continually trying to harass us & blame our company about damage we informed you about. Our offer provided you with above and beyond excellent customer service. This has been an extremely unpleasant experience for our business from the inception to completion. Nevertheless, we do wish you the best and Happy Holidays.
