Andrea was the absolute best vendor of our wedding and if you have any apprehension about hiring a coordinator I say you absolutely MUST book Andrea! I got so many compliments about her from family and friends as they noticed her running the place and organizing everything in such a professional manner. Planning my wedding was such a headache after my original venue when bankrupt and the pandemic hit- I ended up changing so many things and that is when I found Andrea. She is so professional on top of being so kind, patient, and detail-oriented. She has a background of planning big events for big companies and I think you can definitely tell this because she was on top of all things. The template she created for the wedding allowed for me to edit whenever I needed and it also helped keep every single thing organized and reminded me if I left anything out. I am such a perfectionist and I had so many different components and a long list of things I needed done at the wedding venue that I wanted to incorporate and Andrea fulfilled everything and made my day absolute perfect. She has such a calming presence and even during moments of stress she kept me calm and the wedding going smoothly. Thank you Andrea for being a huge part of my wedding and making sure it was such a dream day!

Andrea has been remarkable. I have been planning my wedding since 2017 and right as she and I were finishing up the details for the event.... the pandemic happened. As I legally got married last year I had all the celebrations moved to this year(2021) in hopes of the vaccine and a safer environment for my more compromised guests. Andrea was still willing to be my coordinator which I was so thankful for. She is extremely well prepared if there are any obstacles that occur(pandemic has now been added to her list) and she is FAST. I mean, she can move! There is no hesitating with Andrea because she is a go getter. Should I need a coordinator again I will not hesitate to call on her.

You will not make a mistake booking with Andrea as your day-of coordinator. I booked her services for my October 3rd wedding from 10AM - Midnight. She was right on time at 10AM and immediately got to work. She was able to maintain professionalism while working with an overbearing venue owner and was able to apply excellent problem solving skills when our generator was having issues. We had a couple vendors that were close to being late, and before I even had to ask Andrea was on the phone with them. I was able to completely enjoy my wedding day because Andrea took care of every single issue and I had no knowledge of it - which was exactly what I wanted! My family and friends adored working with her. She cleaned up the venue with my family 20 minutes before the time we were supposed to be out. Before the big day, she met with me to go over my timeline and pointed out countless things I hadn't previously thought of. She is thoughtful, prepared and highly responsive. I can't say enough good things about Andrea! I included a few photos to show how perfectly every single thing was set up.
