- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will work with the customer on different options for the repairs to find out the best solution for them!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer will contact me and we would set up an appointment, most of the time I’m able to do same day appointments. I will then give the customer my diagnosis and explanation of why it happened and how it can be prevented from happening again. We will then go through the options and estimate to fix the problem and if the customer proceeds with the repair then I will make sure he is getting the best service and long lasting repairs!

I’ve been educated by a specialist who has been in this type of work for over 10 years.
