first of all: talk/ know my clients directly I'l believe in personal attention. then let them understand the process involved in the job to develop. and then working togheter with my clients as a team.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'll attend a different business seminars as IBO ,independent Business owners, also seminars for marketing business owners. MLB,... how develop skills to talk with people (different personality)seminar... and some more. All of those help me to understand better my clients and provide the unique personal attention what they deserve.
