- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an hourly rate for nonstandard jobs, however for some common home projects we offer a flat rate for example, replacing a ceiling fan, painting a front door, installing a garbage disposal, replacing a toilet, replacing light fixtures, and replacing a faucet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we first want to provide our availability to the customer. We then want to get a thorough understanding of what the customer wants. Our goal is to develop an ongoing relationship with the customer so that when there is a need to repair or upgrade things at their home, they have a skilled handyman they can trust with the repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Handyman with more than 8 years experience conducting repairs on residential homes, apartments and offices. Skills include plumbing, flooring, painting, carpentry, electrical works. I have knowledge on using MS Word, Excel and have a valid driver’s license.
