This Message is for Mr. Barnes: Thought I'd give you an update on your door install with your 'Son." I had to hire another contractor to fix and install the door correctly. Just so you know, what he said was you needed to raise the door higher, the reason why it would close properly. He tweaked the door that was performing very poorly. It was a struggle to close and open the door after you finished the job, which of course you knew that already. Your "son" who's in training stated the door was probably bent or had some damage, based on the other worker who was working in the house, who was there doing another job! I believe you thought this as well. Do know, the door was fine, it just needed someone who knew how to install and make it work properly and not blame it on a "DEFECTIVE DOOR" He also corrected the way you installed the handle on the door, which you had installed backwards. The handle, as I stated to you in the text, goes on the outside of the door, not the inside of the house, which you never responded to. I believe you definitely thought the issue was with the door. I just wanted to inform you that it was not. The door works perfectly fine. No defects in the door at all and I did have to pay for our corrections. You get an" E" for effort for trying, and you are a nice guy but you left that door JACKED UP! You were ok with it because you blamed the door! There is no way I could have peace leaving that door like that for someone to deal with! (a tenant). You are a hot mess Mr. Barnes from Alabama. I just thought I'd give you an update, on the door you claim was "damaged" and "defective". 10:43 PM
