Johnny is awesome! He was easy to schedule an appointment with for the following day to me reaching out. He was in contacted me and let me know he was on his way and would be arriving on time. He arrived right on time and was very understanding about the amount of stuff that had gotten larger since the pictures I sent him. He was still going to charge me the agreed upon price even though I added more. I of course was not okay with that and we agreed upon a more fair price. But the fact that he would have speaks volumes about his commitment to customers. I had added more to the pile than he could fit in the one truck load I had said I needed removed and rather than just leave it in an unorganized pile like I had it. He took everything he could that wouldn’t easily fit into my garbage can and or recycling can. He also broke down all the cardboard boxes i had sitting out and neatly stacked the cardboard for me. He went above and beyond and helped me immensely with his kind thoughtfulness. I definitely recommend him! He also charges a very affordable rate! So look no farther for any junk removal needs!
