With over 20 years professional experience of his own, the founder of Pinnacle Foundation repair looks at multiple variables before determining whether foundation repairs are needed, and what customized plan is recommended; if any at all. Chris Pine gave me a very honest assessment that the house issues were caused by the tree close to the house and it had to be cut down. It was not a foundation issue at this point. I really appreciate that he did not try to sell me foundation work.

Our pricing includes an engineer report, often times an on site inspection by the engineer, a city permit, a plumbing test following the foundation work, and a transferable warranty. We do offer various discounts, so please inquire for more information.

The owner is the 3rd generation of his family in the foundation repair industry in DFW, and has been in the business for over 20 years. What started out as a summer job has turned into a lifelong career, and it has been a very rewarding experience.
