Chef Tootie is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, an Istrouma High School Indian, a graduate from Northwestern State University and Tarrant College Culinary Arts School. I am extremely thankful for Cajun Cravings, Chef catered my family's Thanksgiving food and did not disappoint! The dressing, the greens, the catfish bites, heck the everything was phenomenal. My family was looking for leftovers but everything was gone. We will be using Cajun Cravings for now on for Thanksgiving as long as Chef is doing Thanksgiving cooking...Thanks Chef for being AWESOME, you were the talk of Thanksgiving in a great way!!!

Chef Tootie and her team catered our anniversary event at our office and they were absolutely fabulous! The food was AMAZING. She and her team were super friendly, attentive and made sure everything was perfect. I cannot say enough good things about her service. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening!
