Chef Tootie is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, an Istrouma High School Indian, a graduate from Northwestern State University and Tarrant College Culinary Arts School. This catering company was amazing. I had an intimate private dinner for my boyfriends birthday. The staff came early, set up my event area beautifully and provided an immaculate dinner. On top of that the chef and her events partner was very friendly and a joy to speak with. I would definitely book them again!!!

I hired Chef Tootie for my a B’Day brunch. Everything was absolutely amazing. She was very professional and the food was scrumptious. I can’t forget about her assistance Morgan. She was very pleasant, helpful and attentive. Chef Tootie is family now. I can’t wait to plan another event with her in the near future.
