FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The best part about our program is that we provide a guarantee of support for the lifetime of your dog. They are covered on any issue at any point in time for the rest of their life and with the program designed that way it is all covered under a one-time cost and we won't change per visit/session/hour - it is all covered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I train in-home and would drive to your place of residence for the lesson. The initial training is 2-3 hours. The first half of the lesson reviews the training methodology and teaches you about the language. The second half of the lesson is typically programming exercises and/or walking practice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bark Busters has been in business 30 years, and was started by a couple in Australia who worked with dogs that were scheduled to be put down. They mastered the language and thinking of dogs over the last three decades and have turned their proprietary skill set into a global dog training business.
