CnR Construction came out and installed 2 fans. 1 fan was a troubleshooting issues which they did every possible trouble shooting and eventually found the root cause. Second was an install in fan. Great workmanship and great people, will hire again for the rest of the rooms needing fans.

Cory and his team did an incredible job on short notice! I needed outdoor lights changed out and an electric charging station set up in my garage. Not only did he have time to come out the following day from when I reached out but they knocked everything out quickly and the pricing was completely reasonable! I cannot recommend Cory enough! Will be using him in the future.

CnR Construction Cory did a very good job. Very committed and finished per expected timeline. Job was difficult than initially thought, but Cory did not charge extra ir raise concerns. Job very well done and I highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give free estimates I will go anywhere in arklatex area for a travel fee which Varys depending on where and how long, I run specials all the time (check here) I’ll have posted when available.. ***SPECIAL*** 15% off for New customers 12-1-23 thru 12-12-23
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat them no different than a customer I have had for 15 years. I meet them at their earliest convenience and or if it’s emergency it takes priority!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my EPA universal I have my CAMT which is a certified apartment maintenance technician I’m Aime certified and have 22 badges they are for all fields in construction from electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, pool, etc...
