Introduction
My name is Troy Woolfolk, I am from Texas where I was an elite sprinter across three events (100m, 200m and 400m). I went to Michigan as a dual sport athlete running track and playing football (Corner & Safety). Post athletic career I dedicated my time to studying the mechanics in movement, learning what technical aspects that allows the body to be more efficient during sports related movements. In my years of studying, I have simplified my learnings in teachable methodologies that expand across running, lifting weights, plyometrics, mobility and stretches to ultimately increase performance of any type of athlete.

If I could choose all 5 I would. He has a great set up at his place and also willing to meet you if needed. Very knowledgeable which I really appreciate. My sister and I being nurses love how he explained how and why we do every exercise and also how it will help us with our goals. If you want a knowledgeable trainer who is going to listen to your needs and goals and work you out accordingly Troy is your guy. Oh and he is affordable!!!

I would choose all 5 if I could. Troy is absolutely amazing! He has so much knowledge in this field. He’s great at pushing you to your limits and showing you how strong you really are. At the same time being patient, understanding, and positive. Great energy and vibe. My favorite trainer hands down!

Troy helped me get back in shape and regain my passion for fitness. He tailored the workouts to my specific needs, through a combination of HIIT workouts, lifting circuits, and cardio exercises.
