- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is per hour, per organizer. Some jobs only need a couple of hours of time from one person, and others can be much bigger. Mostly it depends on not only the amount of organizing you need, but also the timeframe in which you need it. If it's a "rush job" we will likely need more people to get done in the shortest time possible, unless it's a very small job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with a consultation first, ideally in-home but that is not always possible, so we do offer remote Zoom consultations as well. We will ask a bunch of questions to get to know you, your wants and needs, and your current daily flow. Once we understand who you are, how you do your thing currently and the changes that you'd like to see, we will propose a plan to implement our suggestions for improvement.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have been doing this work for the past few years for others and decided that we'd like to have more control over the process and the outcomes, so we launched our own company.
