Overall this was a great experience with GTX. Scheduling with Brandon was really easy. He provided quick responses when I had questions. On the day of the move Steve and Blake came to pick up our items to move to storage. They came from an earlier job which took longer than expected but they were very professional and polite and took good care of moving our belongings out of the house. When we go to the storage unit i was a little concerned that all of the items would not fit in the storage unit. But I watched the masters at work carefully utilize every empty space the make all of our items for savt me money from having to rent another storage unit. Great experience. Would definitely use again in the future.

Brandon was very responsive setting up my last min move! The guys were great and appreciated the communication and made the move a breeze. The rate was also great, as moving can be quite pricey. Overall enjoyed my experience with GTX!

The crew was over an hour late to the job site. They only had one light weight Dolly to work with and the job required a minimum of two. Other than furniture blankets and tape they had equipment or supplies. I had to let them use my Magliner Dolly! Only two showed up for a move that requires minimum of three. As a result the move took the entire day! Brandon pressured the two workers to hurry so they can return the rental truck so they don't get charged a fee for an extra day. The situation was worrisome for me and my wife. I realized that I hired the wrong company! Brandon, in my opinion, didn't know how to handle this move even after I provided him in advance photos of storage units that required moving. Brandon then wanted to charge me for additional time due to his lack of management.
