FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide high quality work for a fair price! Most of the time I include a free powerwash included in with estimates (depending on the job; paint jobs and staining). Every job is different and there are different factors that go into providing estimates. Such factors include total area being painted or repaired, if I will be supplying paint, the amount of risk while doing the job, etc. I do my best to provide the most accurate estimates via thumbtack, but coming out and physically seeing a project is the best bet for the most accurate estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to lay out a plan and a time line for the job at hand. Initially by talking with the client about the job at hand and laying out the steps from start to finish, I feel it gives the client a comfort level that is unprecedented by other businesses. I like doing this so that the client knows what's going on and where we are at in the project. I also like to be in constant communication so that there are no surprises or assumptions, everything is clear. After the work is done, I like to walk through the project with the client to make sure the job is up to their standards and is completed how they envisioned it would be. After the walk though is then we would take care of payment. Making sure the client is comfortable with what's going on and treated with respect (not just a number) is what Primetime Painting is all about.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. I feel it gives me the tools to provide excellent customer service as well as being able to run a thorough and successful business! I also have a background in customer service so I know how to treat clients to make them feel as comfortable as possible in trusting us to do work for them.
