First of all, Betzy's response was above and beyond. As soon as I put in a request, she immediately reached out. She politely asked if she could call to talk through the details of what I needed. I have a 3/2 duplex, and I needed a deep clean. She offered her services at $275 and reassured me that the value would be seen in the work. Betzy followed up before the appointment to confirm the date, time, and location, and she was on time to the second. She arrived at 8 am and took her time to ensure that she addressed all of the areas of concern. But it doesn't end there. She went above and beyond organizing my pantry and even washing dishes, although that's not a service she does! She took her time to organize my office and playroom, and I've got a toddler. She's got a million toys and a million different things. Betzy even took time to discuss the future projects she will do during our monthly cleans. She scrubbed the grease on my stove, moved the fridge, and cleanes all the grit and grime under there. She even installed my new bathroom set without me asking! Betzy’s eye for detail and initiative were my favorite aspects of this experience. My house is winking at me. She cleaned everything from the ceiling fans to the baseboards. She moved the furniture to ensure that no dirt was left behind. My blinds were dusted, and my bathroom looked renovated after she had cleaned it. Betzy is fair, and communication is essential. She's not looking to give you less and charge more! You don't get what you pay for you get way more! She's very professional and respectful. I can't imagine replacing her. I look forward to my next clean! Betzy insisted on folding and putting away my clean clothes. Organization and aesthetics are important to her and me! If you're on the fence, let my message reassure you that she's the real deal! One bonus is that she will not surprise you with a different price at the end of the cleaning . She will tell you precisely what she's going to do. Let her know if you need anything else; she's extremely personable and professional.

This was the best cleaning experience I have ever had. Not alone was the work incredibly clean and detailed, she took care of us with our extremely difficult situation of needing someone to come clean a disaster of a house my tenants left immediately.
