James, at iLevel Construction was the best!!! He designed and built an outdoor kitchen and patio for us. He was very knowledgeable, had some good suggestions on design, was always on time, worked on weekends and during bad weather. The project was completed earlier than promised and for a very reasonable and competitive price. He is a very nice person and excellent and, most importantly, reliable contractor. He also came to oversee the work of other subs that we hired separately, to make sure all was correct. We also know other friends and family members who used James for small projects, as wee as a demolition and ground up design of the house. Having visited one of those homes designed and built by James from ground up in Georgetown, we know who we will hire if we ever decided to built our home! I've been a home owner for 30 years and dealt with numerous contractors over the years. I would rate James at the top of the list. He communicates clearly; takes ownership of the job; is diligent about the work, either directly or with subs. He is reasonable with changes and pleasant to work with. In short, he's provided both superior service and value while working on my project.

Ilevel installed Satillo tile in our bedroom, which is very difficult, I learned due to the different sizes and blemishes on this particular type tile. James and his partner worked beyond my expectations. Their fees are good and actually delivered the tile from the company. Thanks guys!
