- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies depending on the project. We have a few plans available: 1)Basic cleaning plans- This is your best and most recommended option! why? because within this plan we offer a full system inspection, free consultation, and a free estimate if anything else needs to be done. This plan also includes the basic dust cleaning so its a win win situation for you and for us! 2)Inspection plans - We will give you a visit for $99 fee, after the inspection you'll receive a detailed estimate with everything that needs to be done and the best part is that the $99 fee will go towards the service. 3)Deep cleaning plans - If your AC guy tells you that you have bacteria or fungus in your system or in your plenum box, a deep cleaning is required to ensure your family's health. deep cleaning includes the use of different special materials and tools to remove the bacteria or hazard. These plans take longer than the basic plans and are more complicated to operate. We look forward to working with you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always perform a service call to determine what's wrong with your appliance. After we determine the needed repairs, we'll provide you with a detailed explanation of what needs to be done while the office reviews pricing for your project. Once you approve the quote, we'll get to work and provide you with before and after photos.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are trained and educated by the owners of Duct X who are both CSIA Certified (Chimney Safety Institute Of America). This allows you to have the peace of mind knowing your chimney and air ducts are serviced the right way up to all the current codes and standards.
