Ended up being very knowledgeable about the issues i had with my laptop, identifying the root causes for the laptops failures and helped me figure out solutions to restore my computer back into function use. Turn around time was about 2 and a half days which i think is pretty good! Easily sociable and understanding, i had pleasant conversation with no difficulties or disrespect towards my lack of knowledge about taking care of my laptop. So i’d highly recommend giving quick fix computers a chance.

He was amazing! We are very happy with his work. You can tell he is passionate and will take his time to figure out what’s wrong. Will explain everything to you in the process. The first time he came, he could not figure out the problem, and we were desperate so we called him a second time and he was gracious enough to come back and fixed it the second time.
