We Fix Appliances went above and beyond. I had my LG washer with problems and finally I decided to look for a professional to solve them. I put my request in Thumbtack and within 5 minutes they replied, committing to come at my apartment within the hour on a Saturday. The professional showed up on time as promised. He diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes and offered to come back on Monday with the original part to replace the faulty one I had in my washer (7years old machine, lot of use… wearing of parts) On Monday he showed up at 2:00 on the dot and within 1 hour the job was done, professionally and completely. As promised he waived the 59$ of the diagnostic call and charged a reasonable rate. I am very happy, I recommend them and surely would use them again. Thank you!
