- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a set fee to diagnose the appliance and we can also provide senior, military, first responder and returning client discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a diagnosis of the broken appliance and provide an estimated cost to repair that includes the cost of labor and necessary parts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before I started with this line of work I studied appliance repair and completed 6 months of on the job training.
