- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
RDS is very competitive in pricing and offers great value to your window project. We work with all budgets and take credit cards as well as offer financing to qualified customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with the customer to discuss their project. Define what their goals are as far as the window installation and discuss the budget of the project. We then Schedule a time for Us to come out and get a measure on the windows and show the customer some samples of the windows we offer. We are not a high pressure company so we just give an estimate if possible onsite. We follow up with a proposal and detailed information of the product as well as warranty information. When the customer decides to move forward all that needs to happen is sending over a signed proposal and funds. (We accept checks, credit cards and do offer financing for qualified customers). Once funds are received we order the windows. When the windows come in we schedule with the customer for install. We are an installation company and the value of our installation is of the highest quality. We provide a year warranty on the labor and consider our customer a life long customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installers have over 20 years of experience installing windows and doors and install with the same quality every time. We are Lead certified and Pella Certified.
