Derek was highly professional and very knowledgable about his craft. Although this particular installation was a bit unique in that we were using a new type of PoE injector for my cameras, he was able to quickly adapt and successfully get everything installed and working perfectly. We love referrals! Referrals play a critical role in growing our business. Refer a new customer for an installation, and receive $100 credit towards any service upon completion of the installation job. Refer a new customer for repairs, and receive on $60 credit towards any service upon completion of the repair job. Referral credits never expire, There is no limit for # of referrals. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call consultation to discuss the job and what needs to be done, etc. as well as in-person on site to provide a quote/estimate. Gathering necessary info to make sure we are able to deliver the desired outcome. Together, will come up with the right solution for every job we take on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 5 years experience with Systems and Networking. TOPS Certified I was a technical advisor for HikVision, a world leading surveillance equipment company for the DFW region.
