We tear all the way down to the decking to inspect any rotted wood, if rotted wood is revealed we will replace as needed. BPR only uses a synthetic felt paper for the underlayment. The synthetic paper is much better than the traditional paper, because it does not absorb water. We use a variety of shingles with different class ratings our goal is to upgrade your shingle to the highest class we can. We also know accidents happen that's why we board up all the windows and cover up any plants that could be damaged in the process.
