- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices during phone consult are firm and nonrefundable, but we genuinely understand how unexpected last fe events may Occur and are more than happy to credit refunds and full payments towards any future services. A $15 dollar minimum travel feel will be applied to all house call and freelance services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually ask potential client about their daily skincare and makeup routine. It's important that I know their comfort level with makeup. Most of my clientele run out the door to work in the morning with only sunscreen or moisturizer on and have had a bad past experience and are truly terrified of being over done. I am also an Esthetician and I want to know all about your canvas🙂 Oily, dry, Allergy prone and need to know health conditions. 💆🏿♀️💆When in need of massage or facial I will email you a questionnaire to customize the best treatments for your specific need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
