Update to last review: the team was able to fix their truck and respond to my issues without further delays. Team was very professional took care of everything and made sure we were all satisfied. Had a lawn emergency, the previous lawn guy did not show up or would not respond to calls or messages. I made contact with Kitchens Landscaping and he responded immediately, and was there the next morning bright and early to help! I did lawn mowing and cleaning up of acorns and leaves. Team of 2 people worked on it. Estimated quote here was $50, however actual prices were $60 for one person per hr and $80 for 2 persons per hr. My work was little under one hr, however it was stretched a bit (thanks to Ring. actual work was done in 1 hr 15 mins after strech) and charged me for almost 2 hrs. Team can be more efficient and professional, however they did their job except for acorns cleanup.

I was very clear on how the hourly rate was going to work. The ad that was made was not for the work that we did. I sent you a message when I arrive through Thumbtack and when I was finished, it said two hours ago. And that is the time that I went off of. we picked up several acorns and I explained why we couldn’t get them all. All of these issues were addressed while I was at the property and I explained everyone of them.
