FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not a standard, it all depends on how big the lot is as well as how intricate the work will be - can we spray from the truck, or will we use a hand can? How many trees and shrubs are in your yard? How many weeds are there? What KINDS of weeds? That's why that on-site quote is really key in an accurate quote and plan of action.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It can be hard to tell from the general questions Thumbtack gives you exactly what the scope of work is you'd like us to take care of for you. Detail is key. We like for you to share with us what you can in the comment section, and meeting in person for an on-site quote is always ideal. We'll talk about our ideas, your ideas, and come to an agreement, a price, and get started on an agreed upon day - hopefully right then and there!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bryan has worked for big chemical lawn companies in the past and been trained by the best. He's still got his mentor in the business on speed dial in case something comes up that he needs a consult on.
